Does your employer work with Hellorider? If so, you can order your new leased bike through Het Zwarte Fietsenplan. Leasefiets

Gazelle Lease
With Gazelle Bike Lease, you know exactly what to expect. This way, you don’t have to pay a large upfront amount for a new Gazelle e-bike. Instead, you pay a fixed monthly fee throughout the term of your lease agreement. At the end of the lease period, you can return the e-bike or accept the offer to take it over. You can also choose to lease a new e-bike. Thanks to the close cooperation between Gazelle and Volkswagen Pon Financial Services B.V., you can enjoy worry-free cycling.

Nationale Fietsenplan (NFP)
With the traditional buy-a-bike plan, also known as “bike via the company,” employees can purchase a new bike with tax benefits: simple, reliable, and fiscally smart. Through the Work-Related Costs Scheme (Werkkostenregeling), employees can use part of their gross salary to buy the bike, reducing their tax and saving up to 40% on the purchase price.

Battery capacity
The distance you can ride with one battery charge depends on a number of factors (see last question on this page, which factors exactly). The rule of thumb here is that depending on the type of battery per 100 watt-hours you can cycle an average of 12 - 15 kilometers.
Average range per battery:
300 Wh: 35 – 60 km
400 Wh: 45 – 75 km
500 Wh: 60 – 120 km
600+ Wh: 75 – 150 km
What is the range of an electric bicycle?
The range of an e-bike is the maximum number of kilometers you can cycle before your battery is empty. The more electricity the battery can store, the further you can cycle with pedal assistance.
What factors influence the range?
There are several factors that influence the range of an electric bike. You can control a number of factors yourself. Determining the range naturally starts with your choice of bike and battery. Then you have to take the following factors into account:
- Weather conditions;
- Resistance: the tire pressure and the quality of the road;
- Weight of your e-bike;
- Age of the battery;
- Your average speed on the e-bike;
- Support level of the motor;
- Efficient shifting;
- Sensor type: e-bikes with a pedal force sensor are more economical than e-bikes with a rotation sensor.
A new bicycle is of course the best ride. However, new parts in particular need some attention after some time. During the first kilometers, parts such as spokes, chain and brake and gear cables will 'settle'. As a result, they may no longer have the correct tension, resulting in possible future damage. The adjustment must always be carried out in the third month after purchase or after 500 km.

Can the adjustment be carried out on location?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We repair exclusively in one of our bicycle shops
The manufacturer's warranty is not transferable. The terms below therefore only apply to the first owner of the bicycle or the accessories or part.
Accessories and parts
